This special Hello Party Balloon Cloud kit contains everything you need to make your very own impressive balloon installation. You don’t need helium or any special balloon decorating skills - they are so easy to put together and you will be sure to wow your guests with your fabulous balloon creation.

You'll make 2 metres of pure balloon joy! Balloon garlands are bang on trend and are so effective that everyone will think you are a balloon decorating genius!

Use them to create a wonderful focal point at any party, wedding, baby shower or even as a lovely display in your shop window or at a corporate event.

They have a pretty long life too and can last for 1-2 weeks before the balloons begin to deflate. However, for best results, we do suggest that you put your cloud together as close to your event as possible.

The totally tropical balloon cloud kit consists of leaf print balloons and Caribbean blue, pastel mint, pastel green, rose pink and light pink balloons.

Your balloon cloud will look stunning on its own but you could try jazzing it up with some flowers interspersed through or try adding some statement balloons - get creative!

We recommend using a hand balloon pump to inflate the balloons and you can find one here.
