These lovely holographic 14-inch foil number balloons are a great option for helium-free balloon decorations.
These balloons are suitable for air inflation only and you will need a hand pump or a straw to fill it (not included) they also have self-sealing valves making them quick and easy to inflate. They will not float if filled with helium.
They can be attached to sticks or strung on to a length of ribbon using the handy built-in tabs. Supplied individually.
