Festive Season Shipping Info
We recommend you order with plenty of time to avoid disappointment as this is the busiest postal time of the year! However, we do know that there are always last minute panics and ideas so below are the last dates for each delivery option to arrive before Christmas.
Last order dates for Christmas delivery
Standard Delivery order by 2pm 21st December
Express Delivery order by 2pm 22nd December
Next Day Delivery order by midday Thursday 23rd December
As always, these timings are a guideline and not guaranteed.
If your order is urgent, please do choose the Next Day Delivery option, this is the only option that has a guaranteed delivery time.
New Year's Eve
No orders will be processed from 24th-28th December any orders placed during this period will be dispatched from 29th December.
To get your New Year’s Eve Party supplies, we recommend placing your order by 22nd December to have the best chance of receiving in time.
If you are placing New Year’s Eve Party orders after this date, please use Express or Next Day delivery.

No orders will be processed from 31st December - 4th January.
The first half of January will be closed for an annual stock take so normal service will resume from 12th January 2022.
You can place orders throughout this time but will only be shipped from 12th January. If you need your order for a specific date, please allow lots of time or email hello@helloparty.com and we’ll do our best to get it to you in time.
