Orders

  • What shipping options are there?

We have a couple of delivery options. They are all trackable so you can order with confidence.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Please help us by placing all orders in good time when planning your event. Delivery times are dependant on the delivery option you choose.

Delivery times are calculated from date of dispatch.


PLEASE NOTE: All personalised and handmade orders are completely bespoke and created especially for you so, if your order includes personalised items please allow an extra 2-3 days for us to produce and get your order ready for dispatch.


If you need an item on a certain date and are unsure, please contact us and we’ll do our best to get it to you in time. 

  • Can I track my order?

Yes! Standard and Express options are sent on Royal Mail tracked services so you will receive updates on your parcels journey from them. 


The Next Day option is sent on the Royal Mail Special Delivery service so you will receive tracking information from them so you know when to expect your party parcel.


You will also receive tracking info in your shipping confirmation email or SMS so you can keep an eye on where your order is.


Please make sure you enter correct email and/or mobile numbers to receive these updates.


  • Do you ship internationally?

In our commitment to reducing our impact on the environment we have decided to stop sending orders internationally. We thank you for your interest and understanding.


  • Can I return any of my order?

We want you to be happy with your order so we offer a 100% Satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you don’t love your items they can be returned within 30 days of the order date. 


All we ask is that goods are returned to us unused and in their original unopened packaging. To speed up the process, please send us an email to hello@helloparty.com first and we’ll give you instructions on where to send your return.

Of course! We love to create things especially for you. Just drop as an email with your ideas to hello@hellopaty.com and we’ll get back to you.

  • I don’t see the colours in a balloon cloud kit that matches my party theme can you help?

Of course, you can now create your own custom kit here >You can choose from 50+ colours and 2 lengths so you can get the exact ballon cloud you want!


  • Are your balloons biodegradable?

All our latex balloons are biodegradable! Plus most foil balloons can be deflated and reused to reduce waste or recycled.

Once you sign up for the newsletter, you will receive an email that contains your discount code. This can sometimes be sneaky and end up in your spam so please check there first! Be sure to add us to your address book too so you don’t miss an email from us.
