All delivery options are trackable. This gives you more peace of mind and control of how you receive your order.


Option Cost
STANDARD DELIVERY: Your parcel will be delivered within 5 days (Mon-Fri) £5.95
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Your parcel will be delivered within 1-3 days (Mon-Fri) £6.95


As delivery costs are dependant on size and weight, for very large orders we may need to advise of additional charges. We may also change your shipping method if appropriate, i.e switching from Royal Mail to a courier in order to deliver your party parcel in the best possible way.



You will receive an email or text message to let you know when your item has been dispatched and it will contain your tracking info.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order but at busy times this could be longer. Please help us by placing all orders in good time when planning your event.

Standard and Express options are sent on Royal Mail tracked services and you will receive updates on your parcels journey from them. Please make sure you enter correct email and/or mobile numbers to receive these updates.

Standard & Express delivery times are given as a guide only and we cannot guarantee a specific date when your parcel will be delivered.

We do not dispatch orders at weekends or on bank holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed the following Monday. If you place an order on a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day.

If you need an item on a certain date and are unsure what option to choose, please contact us and we'll do our very best to get it to you in time.

If you have a query about an order that you have not received yet please contact us as soon as possible at and we will investigate and try our best to track your parcel down. We want you to receive your party supplies safely! Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delayed items.

Incorrect, missing or damaged items
We are sorry if there is an issue with your order! In the unlikely event that this has happened, please let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will rectify the issue asap. If your package has been damaged, please keep in mind that we will need photographic proof of items to help us process your claim. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if an incorrect item has been sent in error.
