COVID Update

Hello lovely party people,

I hope you are keeping safe, well and sane! 

Large gatherings and parties may be on hold for now but we still need to celebrate and enjoy all of life's special moments, don't we? Now more than ever! Birthdays aren't cancelled, afterall!  

So the website is still open for orders...

I work on my own and I am following all government guidelines on cleaning workspaces etc. I’m obviously social distancing and am on lockdown like everyone else.

Orders are still being dispatched within 24hrs of you placing them but if your order is urgent, please do choose the Next Day Delivery option. This is the only option that has a guaranteed delivery time. This option is sent on the Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and they are still delivering these on-time at the moment.

If you’re planning a celebration please do keep in mind that with the other delivery options, orders may take a little longer to arrive and timings aren't guaranteed. 

I am unable to offer refunds for postage if orders arrive outside of the normal expected time frame (unless the next day delivery service is selected) as this is something which is completely out of my control. I really appreciate your understanding at this time.
