Coronavirus Update

The website is open for orders! 

I work on my own, at home, so I am following all government guidelines on cleaning workspaces etc. I’m obviously social distancing and am on lockdown like everyone else. I plan to do a couple of mailing trips a week while out for my 1 exercise outing of the day. I have also just found out that there is a parcel post box nearby so I can drop the parcels off there without having to come into contact with anyone! I have, for the time being, removed next day delivery to make things a bit easier so if you’re planning an order do keep in mind that orders may take a bit more time to arrive.

UPDATE 28th May 2020

If your order is urgent, I can now offer a 2-day tracked UK delivery service which will be sent via DPD. Simply place your order by 9pm and it will be dispatched the following day on a 1 day service. For example, if you place your order at 8pm on Monday, it will be dispatched on Tuesday and you'll receive it on Wednesday.

I'm also offering FREE standard UK delivery on orders over £15 with the code: HelloDelivery until the end of May.

Unfortunately, I am unable to fulfil international orders at this time.

I hope this makes things clear and please know that I take the health and wellbeing of myself and all of you lovely lot, very seriously so I wouldn’t put anyone at risk. I just want to help spread a little joy through balloons and party decorations in this crazy difficult time.
